Business Skills

Business Skills (also called "Soft Skills") are personal attributes needed for success on the job. Business skills can include: time management, networking, teamwork, creative thinking and conflict resolution. 

I offer a multitude of classes to help you and your team be more successful in the workplace including the topics listed above as well as customer service, leadership, positive assertiveness and body language and many more! Classes are interactive and contain many opportunities for participation and role-playing.

Class are available in person or on-line, and can be tailored to full or half day classes as well as lunch and learns.
