About Me
I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer and have been training for over 25 years. In that time, I have taught introductory through advanced topics to individuals as well as to large classes. I pride myself on my ability to quickly “read” my students and adjust the speed or content to reflect their interests and abilities, thereby creating a successful experience for both beginner and advanced users-often in the same class!
In addition to classroom training, I am also an ICCOTP Certified Online Training Professional and have conducted numerous webinars and trainings using GoToTraining, WebEx, and Zoom.
Training is always more relevant when attendees can match a skill to a specific work goal. To this end, I have worked with clients to customize their training experience by choosing specific topics or by using their own company’s work files.
